(That said, it is still intimate, and therefore requires some care in giving.) I don't really see it as a familial thing, though --- I've observed it between quite a few friends. By the way, I meant "when would you expect" as "when would you expect to see". Like you, I'd never expect it to happen to me --- although it might. :-)
