So 1 in 150 of your criminals (this seems very high to me) will have an identical twin.

I could almost accept a 1 in 150 births are twins when including fraternal.

I would have thought that the rate of identical twins would be 1:1000 or thereabouts.

Notice, though, it is still much higher than the 1 in 200,000 which was the "match" rate someone mentioned elsewhere.
