The clause does not say "Believe what we believe, or you can't get a job." It says, "The nature of this job is such that its scope extends outside the physical workplace [in the following specified manner], thus requiring standards of behavior [such as the following] to be maintained outside the workplace; keep that in mind, no matter what you believe." It's been upheld in the courts; it's not considered blackmail. |
