take a cast iron pan, or cast aluminum. But stay away from Teflon or other things they put in pans to make work easier. For bacon and eggs, let the pan go very hot. Spilled in water should run around in little pearls and then sizzling away immediately. Then close the fire.
Turn the electricity out. Put a little bit fat in the pan. Yes bacon has fat but it needs time to sweat out, so put in a little bit of fat before. And then put the bacon and the eggs in the pan. So when the eggs and the bacon are ready the heat has vanished. In this way you can't burn your food. That's my way to make that dish.
