I must REALLY be depressed by Rogue1971 2006-12-13 12:11:19
I am usualy overjoyed when I manage to fix and issue for a customer that wanted to speak to a manager. It was a big mess but it was a matter of contacting the right peoples to get it fixed, no manager needed.

But it dosen't make me feel the slightest happy.

And now my team members are comming back from the meeting I missed in order to deal with this and one of the new agent got a employee recognition award ( you get them when customers ask to speak to a manager because there happy about the service you provided ) She's been here 3 weeks

I have been here a YEAR and haven't got a single one, and lord KNOWS I have bent over backwards for DOZENS of customers, but I NEVER get the gratefull ones

so THAT is NOT helping my mood

I have been on the verge of tears ( even shed a few ) ALL DAY because I am in "I hate my life" mode doday and now tTHAT just added "I hate my job" to the mix.

At least I'm done in 18 minutes
