Well, at least if you run a ski resort in the Alps. But then, so can doing something about it. It appears to be a good idea - bringing algae to the surface to absorb carbon dioxide. But we really don't know enough about the effects of what we do. This goes for creating economic harm with measures that attempt to do something about global warming as well!
