as an art in Norway, for tax purposes. I wouldn't want a stripper teaching art to my kids purely by virtue of being an artist. A teacher of art must be more than an artist. Some careers are more than just the 'time spent at work'. Teaching is one of them. Soldiering is another. Policework a third. They're not just careers -- they extend into the personal sphere.
