I just haven't found cameras by electronic companies to ever suit my needs. HP, JVC, Samsung...make great audio, video, and other products but fall short on the cameras I've tried.

dpreview.com is a good resource. They don't seem to be as hard hitting as they used to be. You hardly every read negative comments in the reviews anymore. Threats from company lawyers might have something to do with it.
