Nude photos are the fuzzy line for me. They can be artistic, but come very close to simply pornographic. The art as described does NOT sound pornographic for a normal human.

There is a huge giggle factor for the students, but as long as he does not discuss the work with his students I don't see any problem. That should be the case no matter what his artistic productions are.
