Art Teacher Suspended For Painting With Backside by DesertRat66 2006-12-13 07:04:54
This couldn't wait till friday. :-D

ID9K because of subject matter.

Question: Does the teachers first amendment rights supercede the schools policy on conduct, especially since he went to such links to keep the two activities seperate? I can empathize with both sides of the argument and would be hard pressed to decide either way. That said I think it would be best to err on the side of rights.
