We applied a QMS in our firm, recently. Now the company manager walked up to me, saying "Sorry, but you still have to fill out this form. X should have told you when you handed in this parking ticket." So, I look at the form.. its a travel expense form, its one A4 in size and takes about 3 minutes to fill out in its entirety (and a bit of hoping you didn't make a mistake somewhere). If I had known that I wouldnt have declared that parking ticket, over a month ago. The total amount was EUR 1,-.
