...stem cells than anything else I've read. Postulate: Cancer starts with stem cells. I could never understand how cancer started; the chances of a random bit of radiation knocking out just the right bit of a fully grown cell is incredibly low. However with stem cells, which are designed to turn into different kinds of cells, it seems far higher. This is just speculation of course. I am not even close to being a biologist and claim no knowledge of these things. I have no idea what this would mean in the grand scheme of things.
