should know their situation. Were you aware that under U.S. Law (Title 10 Section 311) all able bodied males between the ages of 17 and 45 who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States already belong to the Militia?

That means that while the process is a bit more involved. A regular citizen during a time when the draft is in effect (who meets the criteria above) is just as subject to a sudden upheaval as I was while I was active duty.

BTW under the same code and title 32 section 313 I am technically subject to being recalled to duty until I am 64. If they were to call me and could accommidate my medical condition I would happily serve again.
