How well-trained are the Norwegians compared to any other country? Good? Do they get mental training? How much action do we know they are engaging in? Maybe people are more "hardened" to it than the WW1/2/Korea/Vietnam etc soldiers were. We don't know any of this, and I don't think we should try to find out.
