You get a thorough investigation by TSA police. Several friends of mine Carry significantly more than average sized implants and they get harrassed by TSA. But then they wind up signing autographs when the local office perve notices who they are and tells the TSA guys to knock it off. One lady I know basicaly had to stop carrying her promotional items with her. (shirts autographed bras, video tapes ect) as TSA guys were stealing them from her luggage.
