You could be like me, and not have a bank, or find a bank that doesn't charge fees. I would LOVE to have a bank with moderate fees and great customer service. As in, I can do 90% of my banking online, 90% of the rest by phone with <5 minute hold time, 90% of the rest with the first teller I speak to, and 100% of the rest within the branch. I know, that's pretty high standards. But the branch manager shouldn't have to get involved with even .1% of transactions.
