Not pretty. Guy got lucky though- he was dewatering a wet panel, and another EM was nearby, already wearing insulated gloves. That one did get the full treatment, and a procedure change to verify deranged equipment dead via voltmeter-on-a-stick, in addition to checking the position of breakers.
