"can't do without preparation for war" Why? What's the point in "preparing for war" if there's no one who's declared war on you? Seems to me the US is it's own worst enemy and goes LOOKING for fights. Why should we care if North Korea has nuclear capabilities? Or Iran? Every time I ask this, it's the "Because they'll use them" argument, yet the ONLY country in the WHOLE WORLD that has ever, in the history of the world, used a nuke is the high-and-mighty America. Tell me why the rest of the world should not declare war on the US and remove those nukes from the hands of your government?
