The UCLA Tasering incident by DesertRat66 2006-11-20 13:28:36
Has anyone been following it? UCLA Police's Taser Policy (.pdf) allows their officers to use a taser as a pain compliance tool.

I'm not really comforatble with that policy. Your thoughts?
