rice cooker. toaster oven. double boiler. salad spinner. whisk (you can use the plastic fork or metal forks normally) rolling pin (not really an addd on, but you cna use a wine bottle for one if you haven't one) if you're only getting 1, get a wooden tapered french/chinese style one slicing/carving knice ~10" juicer a good mandolin(e) (a miracle for the knive phobic ot slice fingers off uniformly)
