"Vakuum–Handpumpe" , er, a vacuum handpump, or ... the same stuff you 'd use to put those special "corks" on a opened wine bottle. The idea is the same as in the bike pump: one swing fills the space in the cylinder between the handle and the stopper, the other swing pushes the air to the other side of the stopper. Only difference between this pump and the bicycle one, is where you connect both ends: the push-forward side, or the suck-in side.
A vacuum cleaner should have a sucking end too, but you hope the blowing end is AFTER a filter. |
