Eclipse help, or a beter IDE wanted! by vetitice2006-11-20 11:47:16
  Eclipse can do just what you're asking for by Sterling_Ag2006-11-20 12:14:27
    It failed. by vetitice 2006-11-20 12:30:39
My workspace has 2 projects, V4.3 and V4.4 of the code I'm trying to read.

MAX_DOORS should be defined in the header, and used in the .c file of one module, in both versions.

Therefore, I should see something like:
v4.3
  file.h
  file.c
v4.4
  file.h
  file.c
All I get is:
v4.4
  file.h
Setting up a working set of just v4.3 I get zero matches.

But I can open up file.c and file.h and so a ctrl+f search and find them.

C/C++ searches are equally screwed up!

grrrrrrr.

      It sounds like it's doing a C/C++ search still by Sterling_Ag2006-11-20 12:42:31
