As a foreigner, it doesn't matter what my politics are, I'm judged by the stereotype of my home country, and been needled about it for the last 6 years.
"So, if you don't like it go home!" Would love to. Not so sure about leaving my wife and son here, or taking him with me. Going to take a miracle and a huge amount of savings to get her to take a 60% drop in standard of living it would be, so until then, I just have to deal with the needling.
If you're talking about American aisles, both sides are idiots, and Democratic Party supporters enjoying Republican screw-ups are just as idiotic. It's so wonderful to make jokes about the other guys screwing up the world, and now they'll change ends so the other side can make jokes about the ones in power screwing up. Wow, that will magically fix all the problems.
