1. Eliminate W's tax cuts that did nothing for the economy 2. Raise taxes, I think about 10% across the board should do it. I think we should increase taxes even further on corporations too. After all Big Oil Companies don't NEED tax incentives for conducting oil exploration and alternative energy research.
