part. But I don't see a problem with enforcing work standards. As long as the service is performed. Maybe a universal public service stint will reduce that 'entitlement' mentality. If you have to put in your 18 months, or 24 months, or whatever length of time is found suitable, your sense of entitlement should have something to chew on:-)
