funding with the amount of people we are talking aobut being trained here. Look up what happened in the depression with the Work Progress Administration. It worked only because the workers were doing unskilled (grunt) type labor. It would not work with people doing skilled trades. The military is very much a skilled trade in many was now with all of the C&C and electronics knowledge necessary. The other problem is this whole "eager" part. Most people would only do that minimum amount of work necessary because they have been taught that they do not need to do anything because they are entitled to a free ride. Goes back to the entitlement discussion we had last week.
