...but it sure would have been useful this weekend! I had some ribs slow cooking (8 hrs) in the crock pot, but the rice had to wait until we got back from our hike. Would have been nice to have the warm meal waiting, but we managed. There are, of course, other ways to handle it, but as we were headed out the door, I realized two crockpots would be one way of solving it.
