You're right of course, it was McCaffery, and I was thinking of her, I just put LeGuin's name on it for some reason. Brain not firing all cylinders yesterday + too lazy to get up and walk over to the book case = stupid mistakes like that.

I read LeGuin's City of Illusions, and even though it's not exactly my preferred style it's actually pretty readable.

As for McCaffery, I stand by my opinion of The Ship Who Sang though.
