Henkels are good, but you have to get the expensive Henkels, the 'bargin brand' ones are not any better then Calphlon :) My Mom swears by the good Henkels. Phoon, also pick up a steel and use it every couple of times you use your main knife. It shoull stay well-sharp for at least 6 months that way. Then have it sharpened by a pro.
