| maybe my definition of "1 qt pot" is different than yours. And I don't have 3 of any one kind of pot (except maybe giganto soup pot, but they are all slightly different capacities).
I have 3 frying pans (sm/med/lg), 1 "omlette" pan (smallest of all of the frying pans), 4 "saute" pans (don't know what to call them - they're big but have a raised edge of at least 2 inches, not sloping like a frying pan), 1 qt, 2 qt, 3qt and 2 intermediate sauce pans. And some other accessories (like a double boiler and an egg poaching thing for one of the saute pans). Basically, it's stuff from 3 different cookware sets.
additionally, the cookware is either stainless steel, or ceramic-coated titanium (except for the omlette pan, which is cast iron). I've gotten rid of all the non-stick and aluminum stuff. |
