What kitchen equipment and supplies are essential? by Phoon2006-11-20 01:18:14
I consider my kitchen stocked basically, with some by Mad Marty 2006-11-20 01:56:28
extras. We have: Four pots of different size (I don't know the sizes), two frying pans (large and small), some kind of mixer, a salad bowl (and lots of small ones), lots of (sharp) knives!!!!111 (and cutting boards), a whisk, some colanders, a dipper, some spatulas and big wooden spoons and a weighing scale. I think that were the important utensils I bought one after another, because I was missing some of it.
Spices: chili, pepper, salt, sugar, tabasco, oregano, basil, thyme, curry, paprika, cinnamon. Garlics and onions are important, too.
