That wasn't so bad though, cause I hang up and felt better. Like popping bubble wrap. What really gets me is when they say "umm hold on" then start talking to someone else, whether about the subject of the call to me or not. Especially when I have already had them on hold because it's busy and I don't have time to stand there and wait while they decide if they want anything to begin with or not.
