You miss the point. It is only to be used as a last resort.

If someone doesn't like GWB's policies they only have to wait 2 years. Don't forget that he was voted into office. There have been plenty of protests about him, but it hasn't gotten to the point where people are willing to go to the extent of armed revolution. Not to mention the fact that most liberals aren't the best armed in the country.

I hate to break the news to you, but some of us actually agree with what he has been doing.
