Particularly version 8 which was a vast improvement in ease of use over Office at that time. However lack of compatibility keeps me from bothering to upgrade the package. I haven't had a new copy of M$ Office XP and its currently not even installed. I did install OpenOffice however just to have something that can handle bigger documents than Wordpad. Although for some projects its sometimes just easier to load up my DTP software instead.
