I don't hate MS Office. I know it backwards. It can do some really cool stuff and I rarely have trouble with it crashing. All-in-all, OpenOffice takes a lot longer to load up on my machine than MS Office ever did, and some of the stuff that's easy to find in MS Office is really hard to find in OpenOffice. I just cannot justify paying that much for a piece of software that I can get an alternative to for nothing.
