My mom owns a business park.

A while back, a tenant was leaving and couldn't pay the bill, so as payment they left whatever they left in the unit as payment.

We now have a NetScreen 500, which retails for $35,000.00.

Now being a year or so ago. I just found out.

If I can find a way to sell it, we split it with the guy who works on the unit buildings. :O
