To the best of my knowledge there's no such thing as a "EU TV channels". If you want an impression of the TV channels within the EU and they have to be in English, then there's only the British channels, but I do not know whether or not they'll give you a general impression of how the programming of the TV channels and stations are within the EU. (BTW; what's the difference between 'Channels' and 'Stations'?)
