Just got back from talking to the police about by techi870 2006-11-19 12:55:59
this. The officer gave me a list of things that I need to bring with me to file the complaint. Which I will do tomorrow after I talk to the bank. This must happen more than most people think. The list the officer gave me is on a 4"x4" piece of paper. He pulled it out of a 1" stack that they keep on hand. Here is what I have to show up with:

Proof of ID
All banking info (account numbers, name and numbers on bank cards, expiry dates...)and a contact name for my bank.
Printout of all transactions during the three weeks prior to the incident
All Fraudulent occurrences need to be highlighted on the statment

I guess I'm taking the afternoon off work tomorrow to do some running around.
