Half our is minimum for lunch. I've learned that, beneath bunkering energy for functioning, lunch is a social event within a group of colleagues and such. If I don't have time for eating (or at least not enough), I'll either cut down the ration and just eat some small salad, or skip the lunch and eat afterwards. I can live without eating for two days easily. To speak of this, I'll do this exactly until wednesday. It's good for me to break the habitual eating I develop once in a while.
