Where does that begin? With - and I'm repeating myself - dehumanising certain groups of other people.
Btw, this has nothing to do with being pro or con wrt death penalty. There's a reason why there are a plethora of rituals when it comes to executions that are related to the _fact_ that executioner is going to kill another _human_ being.
And it has nothing to do with being unconditionally peaceful, either. History is full of causes that were and are worth fighting for. But seeing the enemy as an animal, killing with joy or having joy with executions is one step too far.
