The FAL has some `hot spots' on it. Was in in direct light? if so you may get a better picture by moving it so that it is not in direct light, use a white cloth behind the rifle (but out of view of the camera) to reflect the light back on to the rifle. it will soften up the lighting a bit.
The shot gun is a great picture. While I am a fan of Linux, I am thinking that a plain blue towel might be better. Avoid very dark or very light as they will mess with the exposure. (White will under expose the gun and black will lose the contrast of the shape of gun)
I love the shot down the scope. That must have been a b5 to get. it's be nice if you had something down range to focus on. But over all a good set of pictures.
