Under federal law, child pornography is defined as visual depiction of minors. This includes art, drawings, paintings, etc. This has been upheld and charges brought, prosecuted, and convictions obtained.

They had BETTER disallow such things, since federal law holds sway.

Now as for the pictures being of animals, that blurs the line, but I seriously doubt the folks at DA wanna deal with the possibility of being shut down and convicted for child porn.
