to society. Ever. Case in point, a convicted rapist that was released. A week or so after his return to society he raped another girl, chopped her arms off with an ax and left her to die in the woods. She lived, but later committed suicide. (I'm not making this up, it really happened) So, how do you rehabilitate someone like that? And why would you expend the effort?
