for "freedom of religion". It covers a bit more.

As for the right to bear arms: it depends on where you are. After all, its only purpose is to safeguard the first two rights; and if those are already safeguarded by other means, as is the case in many countries, then it becomes unnecessary*.

* Then again, weapons are also used for self-defense. Depending on existing prevalence of firearms, it is wise either to allow people to continue to carry weapons, or to keep the country free of weapons.
So: the right to bear arms is necessary if the other rights are not safeguarded, and otherwise only if the guns are needed for self-defence.
