Why do we confuse "Rights" with "Privileges"? by imWACC02006-11-05 06:01:56
  Deeds not Words... by dml337ira 2006-11-05 06:30:31
Dear imWACCO;

Privilege, Rights, Duty is the excuse some use for blowing things up! Most people would be happy to have a family and raise their children peacefully. It takes only a few knuckle-heads in any society to start trouble. They start using phrases like...

"Those (insert enemy here) are trying to take away your rights and privileges, and its your duty to stop them."

As if there were some thing out there called terrorism that you could put a bullet in.

In fact we're suffering with the most dangerous of all problems; "OURSELVES". Our ability to deprive and kill each other over what we think of as our rights, privileges and duties.

I say to hell with rights, privileges and duty! How about a little RESPECT, CARING and LOVE!

Treating other people the way you'd like to be treated. But lets stop using words which can be twisted and abused. Lets do it with actions.

RESPECT each other
CARE for each other
LOVE each other
