And numbers that you didn't source. And simply stopped replying to me when I provided hard data about how poorly the death penalty is implemented in our country.

A society, IMO, has the right to declare certain individuals too dangerous to remain alive within that society. I don't like it, but I think it's a necessary evil. But only if they can do so with consistency, accuracy, and confidence.

The numbers clearly state that we cannot.
