Google for the "Cabbage Soup Diet."

You should lose about 5-7kg in one week. Just remember: it is recommended to wait a week between using the diet. Bull pucky: wait at least three.

The diet only takes 1 week, and you lose a lot of weight. CPing me if you need recipes. Also, only make half the amount of soup, and vary the spices in it daily. It gets manky after 3 days and tiresome if you don't.

On the weeks in between eat healthily and you won't gain the weight back.
