So you have no concept of what people like me deal with on a constant basis. How many known Gangs are all over europe. Gangs LIke Mara Salvatrucha or The Crypts or the Bloods. As a security guard I Tangled with each of them.

the MS 13 guys just hacked a shop owner to death with machettes for less than 50 bucks in the cash register This just last year not a mile from my old appartment. The bloods Shot a Pizza delivery guy for the cash in his wallet in Edgewood just this year Edgewood is out in the country 10 miles south of where I live. You cant rehabilitate a person or persons like these not without some primitive methods. (primitive by MY standards)

How many neighborhoods near you are there where no food will be delivered by a delivery person because the chance of him being robbed is to high? The Computer company I just got a job with has in its policy "If the area you are to go to for a service call is of unaceptable danger call your immediate suppervisor so that the call can be marked as unserviceable and we will offer them a dropp off and repair service to that customer."

You dont understand where I am comming from because you dont have a problem.
