above the level of traffic ticket. You are are assumeing the powers of a totalitarian dictatorship with no trial. If I was sent to trial and found guilty of a crime that warrented the death penalty then by all means KIll me after my appeals. I would even be willing to limit my apeals if I get to pick the way I am going to die. If I go out and Kill someone for no reason other than self defence then you bet You or anyone else would have the right to shoot me dead in the street. THAT Societal justice.
