and sent to death since 1977. How many of them were felons of a differant stripe where they may not have commited the crime they were sentenced for but had other extensive rap sheets. You see I dont think the deathpenalty is used in situations enough. You kill to people you need to die. You sell drugs that cause some one to OD you need to die you rape some one then you need to die you mess with little kids thenyou need to die. you beat your wife then you need to die. You become a drain on society by shuttling in and out of jail well then you need to DIE its that bloody simple. The deathpenaly isnt asked for in some 70 percent of the cases where it is warrented as the system sees it now. It is only given in some 10 percent of the cases where it is requested. Of those only 1 in 8 ever see the Execution chamber. In California CHARELES MANSON is Able to be Paroled. CRIPES As nuts as he is there are people who want to let him out of jail!.
